Makes 4-6 Servings
- 4-6 cloves Roasted Garlic
- 1/2 cup Caramelized Onions
- 3/4 cup Swiss Cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (or smaller)
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Italian Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, garlic, onions, and sour cream. Whisk until the eggs are beaten and the ingredients are combined.
- Add the swiss cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper and stir again to combine.
- Spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with the non-stiuck spray evenly to coat. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Turn on the oven’s broiler and place the pan under the broiler until golden on top. about 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
