<p>Just wanted to let you all now that it&#8217;s official &#8211; I will be opening up R Gang Eatery in June!  Located at 3683 5th Ave, I will be taking over the space from Joe &amp; Lisa Busalacchi &#8211; they are moving Busalacchi&#8217;s on Fifth (which has been in the same location for 24 years!!!) just a few doors down, so we&#8217;ll all be neighbors!  R Gang Eatery will feature a Contemporary Retro-American menu, in a fun, open, fluid space that will have you craving more food, and staying for more cocktails!</p>
<p>Stay tuned for more info to come, and I can&#8217;t wait to see you all at R Gang Eatery!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As I have mentioned on WannaBChef.com before, and many of the local publications have been discussing, I&#8217;m in the process of searching for a restaurant to call my own.  This has been a lengthy process which has required not only time and attention, but also a creative eye to take an existing (or raw) space, and envision my own restaurant.  Now, I think that we have found a location, we have submitted the paperwork to the landlord&#8230;.and we wait&#8230;.</p>
<p>While I tear my hair out playing the waiting game, I figured I should get a little jumpstart on WannaBChef&#8217;s actual content of the site.  Please bear with me, as we are working to have a comments section, and an e-mailing list put on the site&#8230;but all the good stuff takes time  <img src='http://www.wannabchef.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> )</p>
